Genshin Impact 4.5 Drip Marketing: Chiori's Design, Kit & Weapon

I. Chiori Drip Marketing

Chiori has been confirmed to be the upcoming playable in Genshin Impact 4.5 according to the first batch of drip marketing. She will appear in the same outfit as we saw her during the flagship event on Genshin Impact 4.3 in Fontaine.

Chiori is titled The Thundering Seamstress and Boss of Chioriya Boutique in her drip marketing. She can be the new 5-star character in that future update. As usual, there will be another new character with a 4-star rarity in Update 4.5, but Genshin Impact has not revealed him/her.

II. Chiori's Leaked Kit

After Chiori drip marketing today, her full kit has been leaked. There are more leaked details about her special skills and stats. Here are all the rumors about Chiori's kit.

Like Alhaitham, Chiori's normal attack animation features dual swords. However, Chiori is an off-field character, so her normal attack is not very helpful.
Chiori is not a supporter, she is an off-field damage contributor.
Her CRIT RATE increases when she is ascended.
Chiori can make use of the Crystallized Shards and Geo Constructs on the battlefield, especially Crystallized Shards. Therefore, this Geo off-field sub-DPS can play well in Navia's Crystallized team.

Chiori's passive talents are related to Geo Damage. Moreover, she can reinforce Geo Constructs.
When Chiori releases elemental skill, she can summon a puppet that can contribute damage to the active character like Fischl's companion - Oz. But this puppet is not considered a Geo Construct. Therefore, you need to put Chiori in Zhongli, Albedo, Itto, or Geo Traveler's teams to make use of her buffs for Geo Constructs.
Her elemental burst purely deals damage like Ayaka's burst.
As leaked, Chiori's puppet's damage is buffed at her best constellation marks.

It can be hard for you to build this Geo off-field DPS as she has dual scaling in her kit. You need to build both ATK and DEF for this character to make her strong and helpful for your team. Fortunately, leakers revealed that you could use Husk of Opulent Dreams for Chiori, so you didn't have to go to farm new artifacts.

III. Chiori's Weapon

As leaked, Chiori's signature sword is worth rolling. It's called the 5-star version of Cinnabar Spindle - the 4-star word you might obtain for free in Update 2.3.
